By using excuses.me you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

excuses.me is a free tool for generating excuses for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or deceptive in a way that causes harm to others.

3. User Submissions

When you submit an excuse to the public feed, you grant excuses.me a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content. You are responsible for what you submit. Submissions are moderated and may be removed at our discretion.

4. Accounts

You may sign in via Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for how excuses are used in the real world.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, excuses.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
